Join us on Wednesday, June 17th from 7 pm to 8 pm at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (corner of E New and N Lime - entrance at parking lot) for a community meeting hosted by Little Free Library and Frank Byrne of Musser Park Neighbors.
Little Free Library is a "take a book, return a book gathering place where neighbors share their favorite literature and stories". This national movement allows neighbors to build small libraries and place them in front of their homes so anyone can stop by, grab a book and have instant access to something to read. As more libraries pop up in our community, more choices for reading become available. This month we will hear from Frank Byrne about the success of the Little Free Library in Musser Park. We will use the remainder of our time to get a start at constructing our own libraries to put around the neighborhood. Let us know you are coming so we can plan ahead.
