"The Lancaster City Alliance is an expression of our community. The Alliance activities reflect what the community wishes to see and, as such, touches each and every one of us. Personally, the Alliance says "we care" to us every time we see an ambassador, street sweeper, trash can, or any of their other efforts. We look forward to welcoming the Alliance services to our neighborhood in the near future.” - Noah Miller The Neighbors United and Lancaster City Alliance partnership is officially underway, working to bring new services and programs into our neighborhood. Noah Miller, NU Co-Chair, is taking the lead on this initiative as we meet with city officials, community leaders, local and regional business partners and residents to raise awareness of our community needs and find funding for this initiative.
